The home administrator role is a constantly challenging position which requires a great deal of energy and commitment to deal with the constant flow of information, data, and interruptions which are part and parcel of such a demanding position in a busy environment.
If you are lively, energetic, and able to deal with a constantly evolving workload, whilst keeping a cool head, and possess an ability to prioritise your multitude of tasks, you may be the person we have been looking for.
The home has an established management team, and the whole home team are absolutely brilliant, friendly and committed to ensuring our residents receive the best care possible, so even when you're really busy, and most of the time you will be, you'll always try to make time to chat with our staff and visitors, and make them feel special.
You will need a good knowledge of word, excel and payroll systems.
We know it's a very demanding role, but we all work to make a difference to people's lives, and feel that the stresses and strains are more than compensated by the feeling of wellbeing when we all do a great job and work together to make the residents feel special. We hope to find a special person to join us in our journey.
