**About the Role**:
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll be at the forefront of expertly managing clinics, delivering customer centric Hearingcare solutions, and acting as an Ambassador of Boots Hearingcare. Your focus will be on providing informed, confident, and supportive assistance to customers throughout their Hearingcare journey, recommending solutions from our full product portfolio. This role requires continuous learning to ensure the highest standards of service and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

**As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a personalised range of hearing care solutions tailored to each individual's needs.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services, adhering to the highest Company standards and health & safety guidelines.
- Safely and skillfully perform BSA-recommended procedures, including otoscopy, audiometry, and fine-tuning of hearing aids.
- Maintain precise clinical records utilizing the Company's patient management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity, sales, and key performance indicators, driving success and excellence.
- Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand through innovative Company schemes and tools, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements, ensuring compliance with HCPC renewal processes and fostering continuous professional growth.

**Person Specification**:

- BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through a certified provider
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2 years + post qualification
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
