Trainee Finance Administrator

£22,000 per annum

Monday - Friday

9:00am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly)

Fully office based

PERFECT FOR A GRAD

Looking to join a rapidly expanding Payroll and Accountancy Employee-owned company? Assisting the Payroll Manager and other members of the team with various projects, ensuring customers are the at the centre of your thought process.

The role and the responsibilities include:

- Weekly bookkeeping
- Using Sage 50 software including adjustments
- Record company credit card transactions
- Issue invoices
- Assisting in collating information for regular Direct Debit collections
- Monitoring aged debt

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Have grade B at GCSE level
- Knowledge of SAGE
- Be AAT qualified or ACCA part qualified or an accounting & finance graduate
- 1 year Payroll experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A personable attitude and a courteous, professional manner
- An organised, self motivated individual with a high attention to detail
