Bar Supervisor

We will offer our guests, high end, fast paced sharing plates. Italian based drinks and cocktails with a Somerset twist. We also have an onsite bakery providing take out treats and coffee. 0pen 5 days a week with a consistent highly skilled team.

**Essential Functions**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar service including all food, beverage, and cocktail menu items.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company standards of service.
- Train and coach new hires on the company standards.
- Lead the opening and closing procedures of the bar.
- Lead training sessions for all new bar staff.
- Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all guest expectations are met.
- Ensure that all cleaning procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all floor expectations are met.
- Ensure that all restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure that all food preparation and baking expectations are met.
- Other duties as assigned by manager (s)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of bar management experience in a high volume casual dining restaurant (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
