To provide part time (up to 18 hours per week) administrative and driving support in the workplace to our client a senior pier support worker in the Torquay NHS catchment area

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to use an existing understanding of neuro disability and a high standard of office administration including organisation, diary keeping to really make a difference to someone’s working life and career.

The role involves working one-on-one with the client, providing administrative and clerical support to facilitate their own professional role.

About the Role:
- As the Administrative / Support Worker your responsibilities will include:
- Taking and typing up notes;
- Proof reading and checking our client’s correspondence E.G. E-mails, reports;
- Administration of Calendar and diaries
- General ad hoc administrative/supportive duties.
- General ad hoc office duties to ensure that the client remains organised, focussed and professional.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate:

- An in-depth understanding of Neuro Disability, particularly ADHD and its impact on functional processing (essential - 2 years).
- You will have advanced experience as an administrator (essential 1 year plus)
- You will be a creative thinker who easily identifies solutions and is able to communicate those solutions in plain English
- You will have a relaxed and easy-going personality with a high level of written/verbal communication and professionalism;
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of trust and integrity with a good understanding of confidentiality;
- You will be Punctual, organised and reliable;
- You will be resilient to work pressures;
- Be able to work well within a micro team;
- Adaptable to change.

Pay, Hours and Benefits
- In return you will be paid £14.35 per hour, working hours are up to 18 hours per week across a 3 day week;
- Holiday entitlement paid each month with your salary and an employer’s contribution to a workplace pension.
