**About the Role**:
You will play a vital role in supporting various accounts receivable and end-of-lease terms for a range of services. You will be responsible for interacting with multiple teams including credit, sales, customer service, and accounting, ensuring efficient and seamless processes across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support clients with advice and work to resolve any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with accounts payable duties, contributing to efficient financial processes.
- Monitor and manage payments, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a finance-related field.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to work well within a team with a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £14.75-£19.73 per hour
