We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator to join our Pre-Construction team in Nailsea. Flexible working arrangements can be considered within this role.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As Administration Support to the Pre Construction team, you will play a vital part in keeping things running smoothly.

Duties of the Administration Support include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities:

- Scanning and uploading records on to in-house software (SharePoint)
- Arranging meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents to support the wider team
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies as required
- Creating agendas and taking meeting notes
- Maintaining accurate records
- Support team with Tender Submissions
- Supporting the wider team with ADHOC administration requests

**What are the requirements?**
- Prior office experience is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Time management
- Expectational communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Record Keeping skills
- The ability to multitask would be advantageous in this role
