Senior Finance Business Partner

**Senior Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC - FMCG/Retail - £60,000-65,000 - Central London**

IN2 Consult has partnered with an established FMCG/Retail company based in Central London who are looking for an individual to help deliver on exciting projects within their Commercial Finance team. The team are working to develop and improve their digital platforms and this role will play an integral part in helping to deliver this over the next 12 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with key stakeholders across the business including Head of Departments and C-Level executives with varied financial backgrounds.
- Provide direction on key business decisions through analysis and recommendations.
- Develop strategies to reduce company costs and work with relevant teams on implementation.
- Challenge reported trends in KPIs with stakeholder groups and implements mid to short term plans to maximise performance
- Build and develop financial models to support with key business decisions and forecasting.
- Challenge unusual P&L movements, forecasts and fluctuations to ensure forecast and actual financial performance is robust.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or similar)
- 3+ years of experience working within a finance function; preferably FMCG/Retail Industry
- Previous stakeholder engagement experience (Non-Financial/Financial backgrounds)
- High level communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong financial modelling skills. Experience in building business cases and robust models
- Experience of providing reporting and performance insight
