As an Enrichment and Safeguarding Officer within the college you will work alongside teaching staff to provide enrichment in the curriculum for learners on A level and BTEC courses; to help improve attendance, retention, achievement and encourage positive progression to enhance the quality of the learners journey.

You will be required support enrichment activities for all levels of learners across the college. You will be a key contact for both staff and students, enhancing the student experience. You will maintain a highly visible presence across both the curriculum areas and the campus, encouraging, supporting and leading by example to inspire a sense of responsibility and community in our learners and enhance their overall college experience in support of the college's core values..

The role will focus on helping to deliver extra curricular activities and also help to monitor and safeguarding concerns.

Previous safeguarding experience is preferable but no essential.

You will ideally have experience from a similar role elsewhere.

**Salary**: £130.00-£150.00 per day
