Etemps is currently recruiting for a Wood Machinist to work for our client based in Newport

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am until 4pm with overtime available (Saturday time and a half, Sunday double time)

Pay rate is based on experience between £12.50ph and £15.00ph

- Assemble and construct wooden components according to specifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine dimensions and materials needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

- Previous experience as a Joiner or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
