Fresh Electrical is a renewable energy company.

We specialise in Solar Energy and Battery Storage systems on domestic homes, commercial properties and public sector buildings throughout the country.

We are on a search for some enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join our team that MUST have previous sales/telemarketing experience.

This is a fast paced, exciting position that requires a level head, a good telephone manner, strong administration skills and the ability to work to targets in a fun environment.

Experience in a call centre, telesales environment with previous solar knowledge would be ideal for this role as this would most certainly maximise potential for sales.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

- Provide 1st class customer service whilst dealing with customers
- Managing operatives’ diaries
- Booking Valuations and allocating the appointments to available operatives
- Making outbound calls to offer valuations and extra services
- Maintain and update accurate records
- Regular communication with internal and external customers

These positions available are for people who want to succeed and drives sales which will be very rewarding.

**Salary**: £16,000.00 upwards a /year

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

Reps 9/12/3 3 appointments a day.
