**Duties for the role of Business Development Executive**:

- Securing HP, Leasing and Capital Equipment Loans to achieve new business targets
- Making outbound Telephone Calls to existing and potential Clients
- Turning enquiries and leads into Business Deals
- Liaise with funders as required in order to place business
- Follow up on all leads and opportunities
- Respect and forge good relationships with funders and internal customers
- Comply with any regulatory requirements

**Experience required for the role of Business Development Executive**:

- Previous experience of outbound telesales or telemarketing within a B2B environment
- Experience within Finance or Banking would be a good advantage
- You must be a Target driven Person and a high achiever
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Drive and determination to make it happen

** Working hours and Benefits package**:

- As the Business Development Executive, working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with ½ hour for lunch
- Basic salary is £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience with a first years OTE of circa £40k
- Holiday buy back scheme
- 4 days extra holiday from 5 years' service
