- talented team member to join our operations crew in the Press Production Department.

**What you will be doing**:

- Operating machinery to create 100% recycled plastic materials
- Adhering to safety protocols on the assembly line
- Quality checking manufactured materials
- Using production equipment and tooling to cut and finish materials, including: wall saw, band saw, circular saw, table saw, CNC machine and hand tools
- Fulfilling, packing and shipping finished goods
- physical lifting of the raw material and loading in into machinery.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
- Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
- Be part of continuous improvement teams and suggest improvements

**Who we are looking for**
- Previous experience of working in a batch manufacturing environment
- Day to day problem solving, with a can-do attitude
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to manually handle panels and products, with excellent manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 35kg on a regular basis
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (min 2 years)
- A quality mindset and take pride in the work you do, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- You will be used to working in a safety-first environment
- Experience in plastics manufacturing is desirable but not essential
- A high energy level and target orientated
- Computer literacy:

- Essential: MS Office (Word & Excel) (basic - intermediate level)
- You must be flexible and adaptable, willing to perform other duties as and when required - we’re small and not defined by our job titles
- The ability to work multiple different shift patterns
- A team-focussed mindset with an ability to work on your own and in small teams
- An interest in the environment and recycling is highly desirable
- Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
- Eager to learn new skills
