**Moishe’s Bagelry & Bakery is a family owned bakery market stall based in the world famous & incredibly vibrant Borough Market which is visited by over 20 million people per year. **Specialising in traditional breads, bagels & pastry’s, we are the first 'bagelry' in the UK with a huge selection of flavours baked fresh daily.

Since opening, we are fast becoming the ‘go to’ place for our speciality breads inc challah, bagels and all things patisserie.

We are looking to recruit a supervisor to join the market stall team and fill all, or a minimum of 3 out of 4 of the following shifts
- Thursday & Friday:

- 8am till 5.30pm / Saturdays - 8am till 5.30pm / Sundays 8.30am till 4.30pm. You must be available for all of the shifts or a minimum of 3.

**The job consists of**:

- This is a hands on role where you will be part of the team, leading from the front. This is not an admin / office role. You'll be involved with setting up our market stall ensuring the display is always amazing. Serving and advising the customers on the different types of breads and pastry's. Customer interaction and communication are crucial and key (and what makes the job fun). Clearing away at the end of the day before returning the stall to storage. **As the supervisor**, you will _**additionally**_ be responsible for overseeing the stock control, driving sales, health & safety and hygiene, staff training,

**You'll need to be** - Comfortable lifting, carrying and bending in order to setup and close the stall. YOU MUST be reliable and good with timekeeping (this is 100% crucial). Be comfortable working independently from time to time. A confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers.
