**The role**:
Based in our Southgate office, we are looking for our next Sales/Retention Executive, to contact potential customers who have expressed an interest in Voneus (via our website or through local engagement), and give them access to our broadband services.

This is not your normal 9 - 5 role, because we need to reach our customers at convenient times, so you will be required to work from **11:00 AM to 7.30 PM.**

**You are**:

- A team player
- From a customer-orientated environment, maybe retail, hospitality, or possibly telesales
- A "can do" type of person, with a strong work ethic
- Excellent at paying attention to detail
- Maybe looking for something different
- Happy to talk to people on the phone
- Maybe a Welsh speaker, just to make our Welsh customers feel a little more at home

**You will**:

- Have an ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Be able to listen, build rapport and efficiently deal with enquiries.
- Work towards and exceed targeted KPIs
- Handle and convert inbound calls into sales
- Adopt proactive customer retention strategies, identifying opportunities and creating the need for renewals.
