**Responsibilities**:
The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
**Project Management**: Driving the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Collaboration**: Fostering effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project flow.

**Resource Allocation**: Efficiently allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.

**Risk Assessment**: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, implementing contingency plans as needed.

**Quality Control**: Maintaining a keen eye for detail, ensuring deliverables align with project objectives, adhere to brand guidelines, and meet client expectations.

**Client Engagement**: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates on project progress.

**Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluating and enhancing internal project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and optimize project outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the digital or interactive media industry.

**Project Management Expertise**: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results within strict timelines and budgets.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.

**Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing project needs.

**Technical Aptitude**: Familiarity with digital production tools, software, and processes, enabling effective coordination and communication with technical teams.

**Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Problem-Solving**: Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

**Passion for Innovation**: A genuine passion for emerging technologies, digital trends, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry advancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
