Mobile Handyman

**Job Summary**

Handyman required to join our team in West London operating predominately in Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We are currently seeking an experienced handyman to join our skilled property maintenance team covering high end residential and commercial key customers in our local area.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The successful applicant will be performing works in residential and commercial settings and will be experienced, customer focused and have an eye for detail.

There is also a good overtime rate, additional investment in training for further qualifications is also available.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in a similar role with customer focus and an eye for detail
- Undertaking a range of building fabric repairs
- General maintenance
- Basic carpentry
- Changing locks and handles, hanging cabinets
- Covering Belgravia,Mayfair,Chelsea & Kensington
- Multi skilled in general property maintenance and repairs
- Trade relevant qualifications
- Full UK Driving License

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
