**Customer Support Repairs Administrator**

Renovotec are currently recruiting for a **Customer Support Repairs Administrator** to join their growing Customer Support team. Renovotec supply customers with mobile computer hardware, software and wireless network infrastructures.

Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec’s main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.

Main Duties will include:

- Raising, updating and querying device repair requests (RMAs)
- Sending device repair quotations and receiving POs in return
- Arranging deliveries and collections to/from customer sites
- Ensuring all customer calls are logged using our support ticket system

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office software suite
