We currently have an apprenticeship vacancy within the Clinical Education team in Norwich. As a member of the Clinical Education team your role will include assisting in the day to day work of the team, providing support focusing on the delivery of excellent standards of administration. You will support and assist in Quality improvement projects and in the administration of the team. This includes working across Places in the administrative setting up of the Learning Hubs and monitoring and maintaining data for the Clinical Education team.

The purpose of this role is to experience and develop skills when supporting the administration of a team.Supervision and support (direct and indirect) will be provided or available during all tasks. This will enable you to work within clinical education and across Places to gain confidence, experience and build a portfolio of evidence for apprenticeship accreditation.

As a member of the Clinical Education team, you will assist and support the delivery of excellent standards of clinical education provision and support to learners by ensuring processes are monitored and followed. This will also involve liaising with members of staff across Places, external organisations and members of the public as required.

The Clinical Education team consists of a range of staff members from across various health professional groups focused on ensuring that all learners have the best environment in which to learn.

They work in partnership with local educational providers such as Universities and Colleges to support learners to achieve their goals.

- Work closely with the existing administrator to provide ongoing administrative support.
- Act as an administrator for new and ongoing tasks within the team.
- Support initiatives for the team.
- To create and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Room bookings on the Cloud Booking system (training provided)
- Order stores through Powergate (training provided)
- Support the management of absence process by completing and submitting absence forms as required.
- Manage the phones and inbox and output from calls.
- Processing, filing and distributing confidential reports and documents.
- Interact with employees at different levels of the organisation.
- Produce letters and arrange diaries.
- Maintain databases.
- Carry out any photocopying, scanning or filing as required.
- To undertake any duties commensurate with the post.
