Pembroke & Bull, a reputable and rapidly growing painting and decorating company based in Essex are currently seeking skilled and experienced high-end painters and decorators to join our team. We specialize in delivering exceptional results for luxury residential and commercial properties across the county.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including repairing cracks, holes, and imperfections
- Utilize appropriate techniques to achieve flawless finishes, paying meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and project managers to ensure their vision is brought to life
- Work with a range of materials, including wallpaper, fabric, and other decorative elements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a high-end painter and decorator, with a portfolio showcasing your work on luxury properties
- In-depth knowledge of different painting techniques, finishes, and materials
- Proficiency in surface preparation, including filling, sanding, and priming
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish on every project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines and work efficiently

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £170.00-£250.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Haywards Heath, RH17 6EB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
