Site Manager position for established house builder based in Wrexham

**Your new role**As Site Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of up to 60 houses on an established site based in Llay, Wrexham
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site, health & safety, management of sub-contract and direct trades & labour, site inductions, toolbox talks and chairing site meetings.
You will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and work along side one other Site Manager
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience with volume house builders with 50+ units per year
- Used to working in a fast paced environment on site
- Proven track record, delivering projects to a high quality standard on schedule
- Have relevant qualifications such as SMSTS & First Aid.

**What you'll get in return**Salary of between £55,000 - £62,000 DOE + package, including holiday benefits
