**About the role**
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a **HSE Coordinator** to join our Integrated Track Team (ITT Rail) in **London**.

ITT is a collaborative partnership between Transport for London (TfL) and Balfour Beatty working to replace life-expired track assets across the London Underground network. The role will be based at our Stratford and / or Ruislip depots.

**What you'll be doing**
- Partner the HSE Project Partner to ensure the project is compliant with the health, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements of the UK Business Management System (BMS).
- Support and promote delivery of UK and Group Zero Harm Action Plans.
- Support the HSE Project Partner a in achieving Zero Harm objectives and the sustainability building new futures.
- Drive performance of the HSES team ensuring efficient and effective service and support levels to meet and exceed operational requirements.
- Collaboratively engage with both internal & external Customers including the Supply Chain.
- Assist in creating a culture where health is treated like safety.
- Challenge the norm by innovating and improving the way we work, whilst keeping pace with industry change and promote successes.

**Who we're looking for**
- Pro-active and a flexible approach with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Previous HSES Administrative / Coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability issues.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional integrity.
