To coordinate and deliver the strategic and operational aspects of the Neurophysiology services across the South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust footprint. These will reflect National and Local priorities including the strategic direction of South Tyneside and Sunderland and the Directorate of Rehabilitation and Care of the Elderly. The post holder is expected to possess Membership of the Royal College of Physicians and to be on the GMC Specialist Register at the time of taking up the post. The post holder is expected to attend the monthly Directorate meetings.

The Clinical Director in the Directorate of Rehabilitation and Elderly Medicine is Dr Richard Telford. The post holder will be expected to develop the service in keeping with National guidance and Local HImP PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE
