**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Chef de Partie at Hutchesons’ Grammar School providing catering services within the Secondary school and local off-site sports locations. Requirement is to ensure catering is an integral and positive part of thecustomer experience, which necessitates innovation, drive and focus to meet customer expectation. Compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, management of food allergens and dietary knowledge is integral. Obligation to achieve appropriate financial targetswithin all catering areas.

Requirement to continually improve both customer focus, and customer satisfaction to help deliver Aramark's mission "to deliver experiences that enrich and nourish lives" on a daily basis.

Interpret and manage Aramark recipes and food concepts innovations

Promote Aramark’s initiative for Well Being in Focus and Be Well Do Well campaigns

Deputise for the Head Chef
- Sell and serve with a passion

This role will report directly into the Head Chef

**Person Specification**:

- A passion for service excellence
- The ability to work within a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service
- Ability to be part of a motivated team whilst promoting an enjoyable environment and place to work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Management of Food Hygiene, HACCP and Allergens
