**Role**

The role will be responsible for servicing and renewing our group contents insurance via partnerships in the Education sector, specifically focused on accommodation providers such as universities and purpose built student accommodation partnerships. This role will involve direct relationship management with B2B partners, to deliver an exceptional service for our customers. This role will also include collaboration across strong internal and external relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure success.

**Key accountabilities will include**:

- Ongoing account management and renewal for our existing partnerships
- Effectively managing relationships with key decision makers within our partnerships
- Exceeding annual growth targets
- Engaging regularly with internal and external stake holders
- Day to day account management of our accommodation providers including responsibility for the renewing and servicing partnerships.
- Review meetings held with each partner
- Supporting with conferences
- Travel to partner meetings

**Person**

The Junior Client Executive should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships in order to appropriately support the account. You should also exhibit problem solving skills with the creativity to help develop this area of the business.
