Hotel Night Porter

We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team and work in our 5 star Riva Boutique Hotel.

Located on the shore of the Clyde and a short jaunt from the world-famous Loch Lomond, Riva is a picturesque seafront hotel situated in Helensburgh town centre. Located on the historic seafront full of characterful buildings, Riva is part and parcel of the original Helensburgh. Whether it’s a short stay, a city escape, or a dinner for two, Riva provides you with a tailored experience best suited to your desires providing a rich historical experience.

**The role / duties**:
As Hotel Porter you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:

- Welcoming guests to the hotel and dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay.
- Assisting in answering the phones.
- Responding to guest enquiries.
- Servicing rooms.
- Preparation and delivery of room service meals/drinks.
- Assisting the housekeeping department with the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Helensburgh, G84 8SQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
