Fundraiser - Trusts & Foundations

**We are searching for a Fundraiser - Trusts & Foundations**
Your role will support the delivery of our fundraising strategy through successfully securing grants. The impact you will make on the charity will help to support us to achieve our charitable objects - namely improving the lives of those in BS3 as well as helping to sustain the charity into the future.
**Location**:Flexible: office and home working. The Southville Centre, BS3 1QG and working within the BS3 postcode of Bristol.
**Salary**: £27,000 per annum pro-rata for the number of working hours agreed.
**Contract Type**: Permanent.
**Hours**: Part time (19.0 to 22.5 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed).
**Holiday**:31 days annual leave, pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays), with additional long service annual leave days (capped).
**Benefits**: Pension scheme, subsidised under-five’s childcare, external employee assistance provision and training and development opportunities.
**Closing date**: Applications due by Sunday the 9th of April. Interviews are likely to be on Fri 14th of April.
**Who are we**BS3 Community Development is a well-established community anchor organisation working across two sites at the Southville Centre in Southville and the Chessel Centre in Bedminster. Our charitable aims are to improve the health, wellbeing & happiness of the people in the BS3 postcode area, which we do through our community centres, café, community activities and nurseries.
