Customer Contact Executive Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Contact Team within the heart of EMG Motor Group.
The Role and responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls in a timely manor
- Making outgoing calls to ensure satisfaction of our customers
- Creating MOT Voucher invoices
- Group Admin such as updating the website and 3rd party websites and more
- Franking and Mail merge’s for the group
- Keeping updated logs of all incoming calls for the separate departments
- Inputting & Updating of GDPR’S for the group
What we are looking for
- Someone to be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service, exceeding client expectations and handling client requests
- Someone who is confident in problem solving skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Experienced in prioritising and effectively dealing with customer requirements
- The ability to hit suitable targets
- Experienced in Data entry
- Accurate attention to details
- Someone who is confident in working alone and within a team
We are looking for office; call centre or customer service experience. Loyalty through a stable employment history. We would also be looking for someone with experience working with IT packages and customer database
Hours: Monday - Friday, Saturdays (1 in 4 as per a rota)

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Call Centre: 2 years (preferred)
