Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with handling and restraining animals
- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet grooming and dog training services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Knowledge of pet grooming and dog training practices is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Hours - Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4.30pm and Sunday 9am to 11.30am
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: From £10.78 per hour
