Caretaker (Student Accommodation)

Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: £29,224.83

Hours: Monday - Friday working 8am - 5pm

Location: Stratford, E15 2JZ

We’re recruiting for an experienced Caretaker to join our Facilities Management team based at the brand new East Marshgate UCL Campus in Stratford.
- Experience completing building maintenance
- A ‘ make it happen’ positive, energetic and proactive attitude
- Relish the opportunity to work in a academic environment and deal with the issues that brings
- Health and Safety awareness & knowledge of COSHH
- IT literacy skills and the ability to use mobile/hand-held device

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining campus safety and security precautions at all times
- General building maintenance duties (eg) building fabric repairs, plumbing repairs, door maintenance and painting
- Regular site walks, risk assessments and HSE audits
- General cleaning internal and external areas as required
- Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries as required
- Management Supply partners as required
- Undertaking PPM's as directed by your supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,224.83 per year
