Sweet and Ice cream shop Retail Sales assistant required to help our happy customers on holiday in Cheddar Gorge

March to November

Various positions ranging from 16 to 35 hours per week.

You will ideally have had retail experience but we welcome newbies to the retail world.

Salary £11 to £12 per hour depending on experience

End of season bonus

Duties include
- Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store
- Serving Ice Cream
- Providing excellent customer service on the tills
- Ensure sweetie shelves are looking good and stock rotation,
- Merchandising and maintaining products and upkeeping hygiene standards,

What you'll need
- Be committed to working between 16 to 35 hours per week depending on your availability
- Be available for working some weekends as well as bank holidays.
- The flexibility to start an early shift from 10am and finish a late shift at 6pm
- The ability to react positively to changing priorities
- A friendly communication style with your team and customers
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining the health and safety standards for yourself and customers.
- Be honest and trustworthy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
