Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That’s why it’s the largest team on each Village.

**HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR - PUBLIC AREAS | £13.13 per hour**

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team.

In this role, you will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping cleaning operation, by providing sufficient training and development to your team. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved to our public areas and office space and monitor cleaning standards.

Other responsibilities will include contributing to the achievement of all departmental targets, assisting with the organisation and allocation of duties and ensuring the wellbeing and motivation of your team.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 140 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 5.30am and 10pm, working 2 out of 4 weekends.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

**Essential requirements**:

- Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic technology literacy
- Have a motivational approach towards colleagues and work
- Empathetic and supportive approach to leading a team

**Desirable requirements**:

- Experience of leading a team in a service driven environment
- Previous experience in the cleaning and / or hospitality industry
- Customer service experience
- Coaches’ individuals to be accountable for their own performance
