Berry Recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting for an Admin help desk coordinator for our client based in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the phone and passing messages over to the relevant people
- Ensure all incoming calls are handled in a professional and timely manner
- Logging jobs and quotes
- Liaise with clients to answer queries, update their reports and to ensure they are satisfied with the service they received
- Run and update reports
- Plan long term and short term work for engineers
- Ensure prompt resolution to queries and complaints
- Keep accurate and on-going checks for any outstanding/unfinished work
Skills required
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Relevant supervisor and safety experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Good IT skills
This is a full-time office based position, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Salary - £26,000- £29,000k DOE
