**Job Summary**:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in our service team, ensuring that our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. From taking orders to serving meals and addressing guest inquiries, your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to a positive and memorable dining atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Assistance**: Greet and welcome guests warmly, provide menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
- **Attention to Detail**: Verify the accuracy of orders before serving, pay close attention to food safety and allergen procedures, and deliver orders promptly and attentively.
- **Table Maintenance**: Set up and prepare dining tables, monitor tables throughout service, clear used dishes, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- **Knowledge of Menu and Specials**: Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings, and describe menu items and preparation techniques to guests.
- **Billing and Payment**: Present bills, process payments accurately, and assist guests with billing inquiries or special requests.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and promote a positive work culture.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, follow established service, health, and safety procedures, and uphold company policies for quality service.
- **Sustainability**: Promote and implement sustainability initiatives directed by the management team.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or similar brand is desirable.
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude.
- Organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and command of the English language; additional languages are advantageous.
- Impeccable personal grooming standards with an aura of elegance and refinement.
- Full clean UK driving license is desirable.
