Job description:
Lettings Negotiator will be responsible to Office Manager for all the matters in relations with dealings with current tenant, contractors, and applicants to the most effective matter in relation with outstanding payment to Move Housing. Through representing highest standard of working ethos, he/she will support the Move Housing’s vision, mission and strategic objectives. You will work with Management to identify and exploit new opportunities for the Company and show initiative to find new solutions for solving day to day problems.

Working Hours are Monday -Friday 9 am to 5 pm, every other Saturday 9 am to 1 pm (on Saturdays you will be required to work from Wakefield office).

There is emergency phone duty involved, once in 5-6 weeks you will be required to answer it for a week after work ONLY in case of emergency.

There is a company car to use during working hours.

Proposed salary is for training period, it will be reviewed on regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clerical duties, including: greeting clients and visitor, mailing and answering calls

2. All aspects of the let: advising clients about the letting process, setting up viewings, selecting responsible, reliable tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and inventories, carry out the viewings, inventories, inspections. Preparing properties for the viewings and inspections. There is a lot of driving involved.

3. Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases

4. Constantly improving effectiveness of work based on self education

5. Preparing and presenting statements of work carried out and outcomes to management on a weekly basis

6. Review and develop the office service, manage change, achieve continuous improvement, maintain agreed performance targets and to meet the requirements.

Best Value Key skills and experience:
1.Clean Driving licence essential.

2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Romanian or Polish language welcomed.

3. Ability to work under pressure

4. Time Management

5. Computer knowledge as well as Microsoft Office

6. Experience in Property Management not essential as full training will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,800.00-£21,000.00 per year
