**Some of the things you’ll be doing**:

- Facilitate virtual training, for our new hires.
- Auditing Artifacts: Reviewing existing content to identify duplicative and outdated information/ content. This includes process documents, eLearning modules, training aids, etc. Note that this also includes communication tools like distribution lists.
- Content Creation: Creating supportive training content and resources. This includes video production, process document creation, visual media creation, and more.
- Analysis: Ensure training initiatives are tracked and success is measured again DBS business goals.
- Communications Production: Opportunity to create communications in support of Digital Brand Service change and training initiatives.
- Manage Daily Workload: Ensuring priorities are in line with DBS’s expectations so that the correct focus is on the most important tasks. Remain Flexible and Agile: As business needs change the type of work does vary and is not limited to one type of task. Develop a skill set and desire to be able to assist others as time allows or priorities change.

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- Outgoing and proactive
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Facilitation experience
- Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Creativity/ experience with content creation a plus Minimum of one year experience in the Digital Brand Services division preferred though not required
