A Cyber Security and Information Assurance experts. Who specialise in providing leading edge consultancy to high-risk clients and delivering a range of security services and products throughout the Private and Public Sector. Due to a rapid increase in clientswithin their Consultancy Division they have a requirement for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our expanding consultancy team. You will be confident in your technical knowledge to make 'good' business decisions and be able to seek data and evidenceto guide you whilst managing not only the clients' expectations, but also being able to influence and change programme directions if needed.

DV Clearance needed
- Engage with stakeholders to define the vision, and strategy for your products.
- Create roadmaps that are aligned with the vision and strategy, with a clear focus on delivering increments of customer value, helping team members to understand the value to ensure delivery of products.
- Take ownership of the vision and strategy for your products through the generation of strategic requirements and supporting Product Owners and development teams in understanding and committing to them.
- Develop powerful and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and business concepts.
- Be technically proficient and be able to discuss and consider technology solutions with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage business stakeholders to gather well-defined requirements in line withbusiness objectives and manage expectations as well as gain sign off on deliverables.
- Understand large organisations and influence a range of stakeholders to drive delivery.
- Understand complex industry requirements and translate them into detailedproduct requirements. HR-005-Technical PM (Agile)
- Coordinate & manage output from technical delivery teams, translating business requirements into technical stories and vice versa.
- Write user stories and work with Product Owners and Product Development teams to refine those until they are ready to be worked.
- Prioritize Product Backlogs to streamline the delivery of priorities and plan releases.
- Support or set appropriate project assurance, attending team meetings & ceremonies and running backlog refinement sessions. Set sprint goals to maintain project momentum and inform delivery team of sprint requirements.
- Line managing Business Analysts and Product Owners; conducting regular 121s, performance management, supporting the creation of PDPs and the provision of training and mentoring.

Essential Skills:

- 3+ years proven experience in a Senior Product Owner role.
- Ideally, we need someone with active DV Clearance or SC Clearance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to navigate large organisations, develop powerful & productive relationships with the ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure programme delivery.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices, with the ability to organise and work with crossfunctional Agile delivery teams.
- Strategic thinker with experience balancing and prioritizing short-term solutions while keeping the long-term vision in mind.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business process, with a strong desire to continue to learn and develop as a Product professional.
- Superior problem solving with a high-level attention to detail and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment to manage issue resolutions.
- Highly motivated, detailed individual with the proven ability to think creatively toward solving technical and structural problems effectively and efficiently.
- Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members.
- Be collaborative & curious, you must be able to work with others to explore and develop new ways to test and learn.
- You enjoy collaborating with, learning from, and teaching others so we all become better. You assume good intent in others, and actively do your part to make a positive work environment.
