DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactive credit control ensuring thorough saturation of ledger
- Monthly KPI achievement primarily focused on overdue debt
- Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
- Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash
- Assist with Month End activities and reconciliations
- General housekeeping of the Accounts Receivable ledger

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this position you must possess one of the following:

- Have experience working in a similar position and speak professional level Italian and English

OR
- Have a desire to work in a transactional finance role and speak/write fluent Spanish, Italian and English
