**Learning Support Assistant - Additional training provided**

A friendly and diverse Secondary School is searching for a Learning Support Assistant to join their friendly, supportive, and successful team. This role will begin ASAP, supporting pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5 with students requiring additional supportdue to SEND/SEMH.

**Learning Support Assistant Job Description**
- SEN Teaching Assistant in a highly regarded secondary school
- £80-£100 per day
- Southwark
- Starting in March 2023
- Full-time role (term-time only)

**About the Learning Support Assistant Role**
- Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
- To work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
- To facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students
- To work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks
- High quality and bespoke CPD to be provided

- Hardworking, committed, and excited to help **all** pupils flourish
- Flexible, open minded and strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for working in education
- Experience or awareness of young people with possible barriers to learning
