Warehouse Worker

Igloo Thermo-Logistics is looking for a nightshift warehouse operative preferably with forklift experience but training can be provided.

Igloo is a leading frozen & chilled courier offering Same Day & Next Day refrigerated courier services across the UK. With a modern fleet of refrigerated vans & HGVs, we deliver nationally on behalf of food producers and distributors.

Shift pattern
- Sunday to Thursday shift-5 Day week

Start time 23:00-07:00 (or later finish when shift is complete)

Duties Include
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.

Operating a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock and ensure that products are stored safely in the right temperature chambers and labelled correctly and safely.

Picking and arranging stock for deliveries

Organizing transfers and loading goods onto delivery vehicles.

Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse will also be part of the daily routine

Moving Vehicles for Loading and unloading driving license is preferred but not essential.

Maintain daily communications to provide service updates

Loading and unloading of vehicles

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Be flexible with finish times on the rare occasion that something goes wrong.
