Job Overview:
We are a Peterborough based company seeking to recruit a flexible, hardworking and accurate administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the company.

Detailed experience in all elements of SAGE 50 is important.

Key Duties:

- Sales order processing
- Stock Control, including scheduling and costing manufacturing
- Purchasing, including imports and managing freight
- Providing financials for management accounts including VAT Returns and PAYE payments
- Set up payments
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Bank reconciliation
- Producing weekly, monthly and annual reports
- QC and BSIF accreditations

Hours will be Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700 hours with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
- Flexible
- Good understanding of systems and IT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
