**Overview**

We are recruiting a highly organised, motivated and confident office administrator to deliver outstanding service for apprentices, providers and End Point Assessors.

The primary function of this role is to co-ordinate the End Point Assessment (EPA) process in order to facilitate the provision of high-quality End Point Assessment of Apprenticeships.

Liaising with End Point Assessors and our partner accreditation and awarding organisation Lantra, you will manage, plan and communicate the arrangements for assessors to deliver End Point Assessments for apprentices when they are ready to complete their programmes.

**About the Role**

You will provide the administrative support of End Point Assessments for Apprenticeships across the Land-Based sector including booking, coordination, administration and being the first point of contact with assessors regarding EPA requests from providers.

To support that work we wish to recruit an Officer Administrator to support primarily to administer the delivery of the development of apprenticeship standards, including the arranging of meetings, prioritising workload, ensure deadlines are met and invoicing.

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- The provision of effective and professional support services for End Point Assessors.
- The efficient administration of Commitee and Board meetings including the distribution of papers and the writing of minutes.
- The efficient administration pf the EPA process
- The completion of a range of bookkeeping activities of benefit to the Company and its member organisations.
- The effective administration of a range of services provided for associated companies.
- The effective administering of invoicing assessors at the end of each month

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To o-ordinate the End Point Assessment (EPA) process including the arranging of accommodation, prioritising workload, ensure deadlines are met and invoicing.
- The effective compliance to Landex financial regulations and ensuring invoicing takes place efficiently each month
- To provide administrative support for the Director of Development.
- To help run the office on a day to day basis.
- To deal with enquiries by staff, contractors and member organisations professionally and promptly, including the sourcing of specific data and other information.
- To collect, collate and analyse data of relevance, and of benefit, to Landex, its members and the sector.
- To develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems for the storage and retrieval of documents and data.
- To carry out data entry to the Sage accounting package, process invoices received and prepare invoices for services delivered.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To understand, implement and comply with Landex policies and procedures.
- To attend internal and external meetings as appropriate.
- To represent and promote Landex services to members and external organisations.
- To ensure that administrative procedures are completed efficiently.
- To actively promote and commit to best practice in equality & diversity.
- To demonstrate fully and at all times the generic competencies and professional behaviours expected of all staff employed by Landex.
- To ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and good working practice is observed, including the completion of and adherence to risk assessments, COSHH assessments and Accident reports.
- To undertake such other duties as the Chief Executive may require and as may reasonably be expected.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:
PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- 3 years minimum Office Administration experience
- Good understanding of current Land based sector and best practice
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience working both alone and as part of a wider team

- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in SAGE desirable
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
