**Hours**:Full Time - 37.5 hours

**Location**: Hybrid working - Home working & Office in Wellheads, Dyce, Aberdeen

Due to our growth, we have a requirement for an **Invoicing Administrator**. In this key role, you will ensure invoices are generated accurately across various business streams within TAC Healthcare Group Limited.

**As an Invoicing Administrator you will**:

- Generate invoices in line with contract agreements
- Liaising with client contacts to ensure PO’s in place for appointments and services
- Create monthly reports and invoice analysis in line with Account Manager and Client requirements
- Experience working within a finance team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to monthly deadlines, excellent timekeeping and can work well under pressure
- Previous experience using Excel and preferably Xero
