**Career Progression**:
We are committed to your professional growth. As a Trainee Fitter, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship. Within 6-9 months, you are expected to be ready to step into a Head Fitter role, where you will manage your own projects and potentially oversee apprentices or trainees. The salary for a Head Fitter ranges between £35,000 - £40,000, depending on responsibility and skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and follow installation sheets
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks
- Oversee warehouse operations, including the management of materials and tools
- Processing delivers, and ensuring the products meet our internal quality check
- Communication with the operations manager after every installation
- Overtime when required to ensure the installations are completed on time

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Must be consistent in arriving on time
- Availability to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
- Eager to learn and grow within the company. Willingness to take on responsibilities such as managing a van and potentially training as an apprentice
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
