At Kinetica, we are currently searching for an _**Recruitment Consultant**_ to join our _**Temporary Division.**_

**The Role**:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Kinetica you will establish and run your own recruitment desk within the temporary recruitment industry. This could span across any of our existing sectors within Life Science, Medtech or Industrial.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Performing business development activities to establish a new client base within the temporary recruitment sector.
- Work with Kinetica’s clients to ensure customer satisfaction, continued success and an excellent business relationship.
- Collaborating with team members to further drive business.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network with clients and influence others.
- Ability to integrate into an established team that has ambitious future growth plans.
- Experience working in the recruitment industry in any temporary recruitment sector.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
