We are looking for driven people who wants to build their career in an insurance industry and to join our fast growing company. We are currently expanding in a Manchester area, where we are building a construction department and looking for general labourers who want to grow their career and be part of this exciting expansion plan.

As a General Labourer you will be working together with the experienced multi-trader and renovating a policyholders' properties.

**Requirements**:

- Full Driving licence with no more than 3 points or working towards driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years building experience in domestic properties or social housing.
- Basic computer knowledge, or ability to operate PCs and tablets
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy and uneven items, such as furniture.
- Politeness and great customer service

**What will you get in return?**
- Salary of up to £25,000 DOE
- We pay £25 premium for great customer service, i.e. every 5* reviews received in their name on Google or Trustpilot.
- We pay discretionary performance-based bonuses every May, which could be up to 10% of your annual salary.
- We have 25 days of holiday a year, plus Bank Holidays.
- We heavily invest in talent management Currently have 10 employees studying CII, 3 currently studying an HNC qualification course and more, as we are delegating at least 10 employees a year to get a fully funded professional qualification.
