We are a small intimate company with just the owner and a couple of team members.
Working from home, although you’d need to be able to travel to properties as required.
The role would involve doing viewings of empty rooms, dealing with tenant issues, utility management and updating records and admin. Organizing cost effective repairs and contractors.
Hours are 3 X days per week from 11-3pm.
Phone provided but experience is essential for this role to be able to hit the ground running.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
