An Operations Sports Support Supervisor, to be responsible for team leaders and advisors, providing direct support for any issues that may need escalating, in turn supporting the continued growth of the operation.

The Operations Sports Support department is responsible for overseeing queries relating to bet settlement and trading issues, and act as the point of contact for our customer service and Trading teams.

Relevant training will be provided from your first day on all aspects of the role, giving you the required skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Previous experience managing a team is preferred.- In-depth knowledge of sports and betting.- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.- Initiative and an innovative approach to problem solving.- Passion to coach, develop and motivate others.- Proven ability to drive change.- Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Main Responsibilities**:
