AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Cleaner to join our cleaning team for the student accommodation residents at The University of Leeds both on and off campus

This is a Part time Permanent Relief role -The suitable person would have cleaning experience and would be available to cover work Monday to Friday from 9am - 1pm with the option of gaining overtime to cover holidays and sickness

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**

To provide professional relief cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of student accommodation cleaning across The University of Leeds which includes
- Damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
- Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms
- Cleaning of the kitchens and dining areas
- Cleaning in communal living areas
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
- Experience working as a cleaner before
