We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our busy recruitment team here in Shalford, Surrey.
We would potentially consider a Catering & Hospitality Recruitment Consultant (experience essential)
This will be a Monday to Friday role. With the possibility to work occasional Saturday mornings in the future (with very competitive overtime pay).
None of us work "on call" currently and we have no plans to change this.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
Holiday: 25 + bank holidays + extra time off over Xmas (discretionary).
The Role:
Typical responsibilities of the Resourcer/Administrator role will involve:

- Advertising with major job boards
- Searching CV database sites
- Answering the phones in a professional & polite manner.
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Delivering outstanding customer service to our already-large portfolio of Clients
Essential Skills required:

- Working knowledge of the Catering Industry
- Recently experience working as an Administrator
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills, written & verbally
- Organised, methodical & self-motivated work ethic
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional & confident telephone manner
- Good sense of humour
Please note - we are located near a train station (Shalford) but the trains are somewhat infrequent so own transport would be highly recommended - but not essential.
